Pelpina is the founder of Manchu Media. She has a passion for multimedia for as long as she can remember. She has a strong background in both traditional broadcast media, online video, and social media. Pelpina has 8+ years experience in (live) TV/video hosting, reporting and producing. She started her career as a social media reporter at CW33 in Dallas, was an anchor and reporter for several TV stations, and hosted and produced her own video podcast “WebBeat.TV.” She currently has weekly segments on CW’s national morning show, Frankwatching, and CW Dallas. Pelpina consults web start-ups, gives brands and non-profits social media advice, and is currently writing a book on online video marketing (to be published in 2013).

Mark is Manchu Media’s creative director. For about 5 years now, Mark has been working at media production, including graphic design – such as logo / brand development for start-ups and more, studio photography for the USBC, animation for various clients, social media management, film and live show production. Mark is an Arts and Technology student at UTD with a focus on Video Game Development and hopes to continuously add more to his media production arsenal, learning new tricks every day to provide people with the best content possible. He enjoys creating content as one of his long-time hobbies, along with watching movies, cooking, and playing video games.

Rik provides strategic direction for Manchu Media and is the ‘can do’ guy for everything!
He has a true passion for photography, video, and gadgets of all kinds. Rik loves to find the best new video/photography gadgets for our company, and that’s no surprise considering he’s an engineer!
In daily life, Rik manages a group of engineers responsible for commercial airline seating development.
Chris is an editor, photographer and graphic designer with a strong background in television broadcast news and video production. He also specializes in graphic design, and will tackle any project with passion and perfection.
Chris has his own video production company, and also works as a videographer and editor at Denton Television for the City of Denton.

Eelco weekly edits the Frankwatching segments, which are written and hosted by Pelpina. Frankwatching’s YouTube channel is currently the fastest growing Dutch channel in its field, an accomplishment they’re both very proud of!
